I think they are spiders, not sure. Sorry.... a bit blur but outside I thought it was something like the center of a daisy stuck in a web :-(( and at home I saw differently ! when I went back the next day they were gone.

@Steve Rice: no I don't at all ! but living next to fields and surrounded by them I learned over time to put up with these creature and I manage to bear them !! (I can see one crossing my bed without beeing disgused and insomniac for the rest of the night)
