What time is it ?

Somethings I don't understand about this sundial :

- It was 15.50 when I took the picture
- the numbers are upside down
- the roman number 4 is IIII and not IV

Il y a quelque chose d'étrange avec ce cadran solaire
- il était 15.50
- les chiffres sont à l'envers
- il est écrit IIII au lieu de IV
